My legs were completely tuckered out from yesterday’s Legs & Back workout! They started quivering on the warm up! But, I was still able to “bring it” and finish with gusto. Definitely not meeting my calories….which makes this program so much harder!!
Snack=Apple, smoked turkey deli slices
Snack=Handful of walnuts/almonds/peanuts (salted)
Dinner=Kale chips…. TBD…
Wow! I’m finished with week 3!! P90X is definitely becoming a habit…. a good habit!
I was incredibly sore when I woke up this morning. Maybe yesterday’s Legs & Back was a bit more involved than I thought. Or maybe it was the wine, good food, and good company at last night’s applicant dinner.
Snack=2 tbsp PB and celery, clementine, string cheese (yeah, I was hungry!)

My legs were mildly sore today after legs and back. Today, did Kenpo X…a fun martial arts-type cardio workout that burns calories.
Snack=clementine, string cheese, 2 hardboiled eggs (no yolk)
Lunch=healthy tuna salad sandwich, carrots, celery
Snack=didn’t feel like eating
Workout!! Kenpo X
Dinner=bulgogi (beef), mac n cheese (leftovers)
