I found it tough to find the energy to do Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps after SICU call. But, I pushed play…and managed to get through it. My arms will be jello tomorrow…guaranteed! Overall, glad I did the workout…now for some beauty sleep! However, I couldn’t muster up the 300+ ab routine…so I’ll save that for tomorrow. I’m beat!
