Legs & Back
Actually did pretty well with today’s workout! I was able to push through and really give a great effort. It’s good to be back and working out again.
Breakfast=bran muffin, chocolate milk, banana
Lunch=salad with mozzarella, basil
Workout=Legs & Back
Dinner=Pork chop, asparagus, mushrooms
Back and Biceps is a terrific arm workout. I wish it included more triceps…as that’s one of my weaknesses. However, my arms were jelly after getting through this vid.
Ab Ripper X – done! I’m really starting to see terrific changes in my abs…which is all the motivation I need to keep pressing PLAY!

I found it tough to find the energy to do Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps after SICU call. But, I pushed play…and managed to get through it. My arms will be jello tomorrow…guaranteed! Overall, glad I did the workout…now for some beauty sleep! However, I couldn’t muster up the 300+ ab routine…so I’ll save that for tomorrow. I’m beat!
